Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product shipment at (317) 552-0051 and tell us if you want a refund or an exchange. If you want a refund, we will email you a label to print out and place on your package to ship back us at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an auto email will notify you of that transaction.
If you want an exchange, just let us know what product you want instead. If there is a difference in price, we’ll credit you the balance.
If you purchased our product through an unKanni distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.
